have windows vista 64 bit business edition, and a mate has vista not sure which one but has moving desktop backgrounds

is this something I can add to mine, and can you get third party ones of the web

Hey worthingsaxovtr, what you are describing is what is called Windows Dremescene and is only available if you have purchased Windows Vista Ultimate.
