Desktop colour problem

My computer was working fine last night, but when I switched it on this morning the desktop looks like it's in some sort of basic colour mode. My desktop pic of a nice beach now looks like NO SWEARING.

I've tried re-installing the graphics card drivers, but that didn't work. I've also tried switching to 16bit, then back to 32bit.

My spec is in my sig.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I took a screenshot of my desktop and viewed it on another computer and it looks great

I don't think mine is an HIS. To be honest I can't even remember which kind it was.

I take that back, it is an HIS card
