I currently use two monitors and would like a wallpaper to span across both,

no problem however i would like the main part of the task bar to be on the right hand monitor,

but to do this it has the image the wrong way round. Any thing i can do?

You mean you want your right hand monitor to be your primary monitor? Just change it in display settings.

if i make the right hand monitor my main monitor, it displays the wall paper the wrong way around.

Set your right hand one as your main monitor, make sure that windows has them as the right one being actually on the right. Then set your background.
