Desktop Madness- help needed

Just joined the forum, thought it would be a good place to get advice on buying a gaming computer. I've set myself a budget of £700 but could go higher if its needed, just wanted to see if anyone could give me an idea if these builds are good and value for money

That will give you a clue.

There is nothing stopping you from posting the spec and price of the systems you are comparing.
Its linking to competing shops and retailers that they dont like (understandable for a shop website)

£700 should get you a pretty decent system.

Basically i5 6600k, GTX 970, 2x4GB DDR4 RAM, 240GB SSD or 1TB HDD,Super Flower Golden Green HX 550w PSU, cheap case and disk drive and a windows license takes it to just under £800 which will set you up for the next 2 years, which then you might wanna upgrade the GTX 970.
