Right, im after a simple pc which i can do programming and web design on.

It must be able to handle graphics programs, and have upgradability (graphics card)

I need a prebuilt one with a screen and all that stuff.

Also it must be on the cheap side too

Any suggestions?

Well given that we can only recommend PCs or parts from OcUK really the only choice that includes a screen is the Titan Vantage Complete" AMD Athlon 64 3500+ System but it isn't massively upgradable and costs ~£700 so I'd personally recommend you just build your own. Something like this would absolutely decimate the A64 3500 in terms of speed but you do have to build it yourself. One point to note is I'm not sure if the case is the right price but if it is then it is a bargain.
