desktop remote program for itunes....

can some recommend a remote program for itunes that will always stay on top? I see a few but can't find the one that looks like the ipod suffle.

What about the itunes mini player you can change the size and it will eventually hide the display leaving only basic controls. Also it can be made to always be on top.
