Need a program that will record a file being retouched in photoshop. Google throws up a myriad of useless results and I feel like i've just been installing and uninstalling absolute crap for the past hour. Needs to be good quality, high framerate, and more-over doesn't make my bloody mouse flicker when it's recording! It makes retouching very hard work! Don't mind having to pay for something but it better come with a trial because my current experience of Desktop recorders isn't the most pleasant.

Fraps now moniters Aero window management. Not free though.

Windows Media Encoder has been the best so far (though a seemingly limited number of output resolution options for Desktop recording) but it absolutely murders redraw speed in Photoshop! I'l give Camtasia Studio a whirl.

Edit: Camstasia seems absolutely perfect! Cheers Macky :)
