I've had my desktop a few months but whenever it is on the WiFi signal dies completely which stops other devices.
The PC has no wireless and is connected via Ethernet.

Are there any settings I need to change to stop this?
I use Windows 10 and have 100Mpbs connection.

Thanks

Could you please describe your whole network?

Who is your ISP and which modem/router/access point have you got?

is the PC connected directly to the modem/router/access point or is a switch involved? Does the PC have a WLAN card in it (antennae sticking out the back?)

When the PC switches on, and the WLAN goes off, do any warning messages appear anywhere? Are there any messages in the logs on the modem/router/access point?

How is the IP address of the PC set? Fixed IP or DHCP? What is the IP address of the modem/router/access point etc?

The PC is connected directly into the Virgin Media hub, there are no other access points or switches.
The PC has no wireless capabilities.
When it boots into W10 the WiFi just disconnects from other devices with no messages but trying to reconnect WiFi (on Android) just says Saved, No Internet.
Despite this I can still use the internet on the PC but not anything using wireless or in other Ethernet ports until PC is switched off when everything will just reconnect normally.

Factory reset the hub and make sure the network settings in Windows (obtain IP address, etc.) are on automatic. This should flush out any configuration problems.

Is there anything else plugged in on the hub? Is there more than one cable from the hub to the PC (link aggregation?)
