DesLock type Secure storage for OSX?

Does anyone use a DESlock type of encrypted storage on OSX?
I was specifically thinking of a mechanism with a USB key.

Do you mean you want to perform whole disk encryption but use the USB token as the key?

I know that DESLock does a volume type of file (abit like an encrypted archive) but uses the USB key and a pass phrase as the key.

You could always use Disk Utility to create an encrypted image, and obviously make the password as hard as possible.

Given you could use 128 bit encryption then you shouldn't have a problem with security
