I stayed up until 1am watching the 'gripping double-bill finale' of Desperate Housewives on E4 last night and I was quite disappointed. It was more a set up for the next series rather than a cliffhanger ending. It left me too much in the dark on most of the issues.

Why was the Paul Young storyline pretty much dropped completely in the second hour?
Is Mike Delfino dead?
Why did Orson want to hurt him?
And does Orson have his eye on Susan or Bree? Or both!?
Why wasn't there more about Lynette? When she said "I'd already let you go" does that mean they're gonna break up anyway?

Also could I be right in thinking that the baby inside Xiao Mei is in fact her own? The start of her naughtiness with Carlos and the insemination overlapped a bit didn't they?

When does the new series start?

Lol, that's what I mean! It didn't feel like a finale at all, just another episode!

Unless you mean you ddin't watch it and din't realise it was on :(
 
No I didnt realise it was on as E4 usually make a fan fayre of end of season finales. Although I did record it on Sky +

Agreed. Out of nowhere came all these new plots for the 3rd season. Theres plenty left imho.
 
i was a tad annoyed at the ending.

i just want to know who orson is? and why zach has just completely left his dad
 
Watched the first season series but kinda lost interest in the 2nd series, discovered 24 was much much better.

Tbh the only reason i watched it is for that hot little latino Gabrielle...mmmm she is tasty and exactly the sort of lass im attracted...tiny and petite :p
