I have a situation. I told the missus she could get a WRT54GSUK bundle thing with a USB adapter to share her NTL BB.
All was well, she got the kit and i was talking her through wiring it up.
I said "take the cable out the back of the PC and plug it into the Internet port on the router. She replied to my horror "it doesn't fit it's USB".
There's a "hole in it that the blue router cable fits in" which i assume is an ethernet port. However the Webcam isn't great quality in a poorly lit room and i couldn't see it terribly clearly.

the model number is 60194E-A12, anyone know if it supports ethernet??
If not i'll have to buy her a new modem and get my ass to lincoln and set it up or i'm in a big pile of ass deposits.

it sounds like she is using usb to connect her cable modem to the pc mate and not ethernet,

as on ntl cable modems you get the choice usb or ethernet
