Desperately seeking usermanual

Im at work, we have a NEC DXE 12 KEY DISPLAY HANDSET 12BTX phone system which has become unprogammed...

Im trying to look for a user guide online but cannot find anything, was wondering if someone would be able to help me??

Id be eternally grateful....
