Right i bought a laptop from someone in the paper ... its a advent 6441 , dual core 2ghz, 4gb ddr2, 160gb hdd, bluray, 17" screen.... now i bought it for 20quid which i thought was a bargain, they said reason for sale was it was very slow... so i thought spot on just a revamp and it will be fine, so i got it home and reinstalled it, fully formatted etc and put windows 7 on it... but its still pretty slow... when it shouldnt be surely being this spec. it laggs just watching a video on youtube... ive updated all drivers etc....
Would it do this if the hard drive or something was on its way out as i have spare hard drives i could try but never come across this before... please help...
