My friend ordered an ASUS 1080ti for me from the rainforrest (not got enough in my account to pay in one go), it came yesterday and im trying to redeem my free copy of destiny.

ive followed the steps on here
https://www.geforce.com/destiny2-bundle-redemption-instructions
but we cant work out between us where the coupon code from amazon actually is? is it emailed seperately? is it on the box? no idea what im looking for

haha yeah I saw that too and groaned as it took me ages to squeeze my card into my little case! dont really want to go through that again...

Hes checked all his emails including junk folder and nothing.
Ive pulled my card out to get my serial number and PPID number for the card, tried entering them into various sites and cant get anything to work

I had this issue (but I actually sold my game code). I bought a 1080ti direct from Nvidia. The code I needed was tucked away in either the original order email or the subsequent confirmation email, can't remember but I missed it initially and ended up having to email Nvidia customer support to get the code (though I found the email with the code later!)

This is a common problem with the rain forest, I do not think they do the game codes for Gpu`s. that's why graphic cards are sometime £40 to £50 less than other retailers.

Finally got it! I accidentally got the email of the australian ASUS and they were actually really helpful, more than Nvidia, Amazon and ASUS UK (absolutely terrible)
Anyway the aussie Asus guy gave me a code but it wouldnt work due to region lock, i went back to asus uk and they were useless so was about ready to give up....
Someone gave me the idea of using a VPN to bounce my ip through australia, logged into geforce experiance and hey presto it works.
All this effort and i probably wont like it now lol
