This week is my last Games playing for 12+ weeks and I've still not tried a Flawless Raider.. Any of the regulars fancy going through it (again, as I know some have already done it). Happy to do CE or VOG whichever you think is easier.

I haven't got flawless raider yet. I am free tomorrow for some CE run anytime from 5pm.
I said last week I'd set up a run or two for McDaniel to jump in and get started with the raids, if he hasn't already. Don't want to delay your start as Schnnipz is going to sherpa the VoG run for us and start at 8. Otherwise I probably would have jumped on Flawless as I've not got that achievement yet either

Not played destiny yet, but got a chance of getting it for £15, is it worth it? im mainly a pc gamer, am i going to be left disappointed? is their some sort of paid DLC i am going to need to purchase as well?
Can do. Then back on IB for fireteam fun!
Really depends...if you enjoy co-op shooters, raiding and stuff it's good. If you want to experience all of it you'll need the DLC (obviously), but you can certainly try it out and get to level 20 which is where the main game really get's started and see if you like it.
Anyone up for a quick takedown of Crota on normal mode? I got completely fed up last night of trying to solo it thanks to Crota just ******* off on the 3rd sword (as in I jumped up and he just hot tailed it to the Crystal room area...). I am still chasing HoC which seems to be allergic to me..

Well i used to play WOW, and currently play diablo, also used to play cod 2 online, but for the most part dont get on well with console FPS so not sure what to do, especially since the DLC seems really expensive! and if it puts me at a disadvantage not to have it as well
Well, if you like the game you will want the DLC, it *is* the end game. It's not like an optional side module type thing. But for 15 quid I would say it's definitely worth giving it a go. You can fully experience the best parts of the game without the DLC first, and decide if it's your kinda thing or not.
If you're someone that just doesn't like console FPS's on principle then obviously don't bother.
i'm up for a NM raid or NF tonight. though it looks like all the places for the raid are taken. any drop outs give me a shout.
EDIT - also cheers for the IB invite yesterday. Really enjoyed the team work and added a totally new dynamic to the game.

Gonna dedicate some more time to IB after the raid tonight too. Not aiming for rank 5 unlike last time, but rank 3 in the hope that the shotgun drops. For some reason I decided not to pick it up from Saladin last time round...error!
