determine which program is creating a folder on my desktop

Is there an easy way to detremine which program is creating a folder on my desktop? If I delete it is will return after a few reboots but I am unable to determine which program is creating it.

Can you be more specific about what its called and what is in it?

Have you tried typing 'msconfig' in search and seeing what is selected to run at startup?
