anyone played this on PS4 yet? looks pretty clean.

Shame its not available on PC though

99.99% sure

The last few games developed by Quantic Dream, including Detroit, were published by Sony, so they're almost guaranteed to be exclusive to Playstation. The only other notable game made by Quantic Dream to come out on PC was Fahrenheit, but that was developed by Atari.

Don't think you can - Here is a list of the games on PS Now - It's only just come out, it won't be on PS Now for a little while I should think.
