Deus Ex mods

I've had this on my steam "to play" list for awhile, I had the game back in the day, but it ran like a snail on my computer, then I got stuck and that was that

So I've started playing again but I wondering if there were any decent mods for textures and resolutions?
I'm currently playing in 800x600, while I can go higher, then the text gets too small to read properly, and my eyesights not that great

That's pretty much all I used when I played it, think I played 1680x1050 in a window or 1920x1200 fullscreen.
