Developers, we have something coming for you...

It's great feedback to see NVidia sponsored game titles embracing GPUOpen.

Matt, the thing is AMD GPUs already run circles around that game. My Fury X at 4k is getting 100+fps. I play 1440p and it is around 200fps. The problem is with flickering textures which were present from long time ago. I did report it to your driver team. Also xfire performance is stuttery stutter ;)
Even if I never felt a difference in performance with new patch, it is appreciated you guys looking after that game.

To be honest, i have never once thought or noticed that Warframe was a Nvidia sponsored game. Or at least it never was Nvidia sponsored from the outset.

But i am glad to see GPUOpen being taken advantage of. Now GPUOpen just needs to start getting more DX12 and Vulcan code samples, especially around mGPU support and different methods of mGPU. Still waiting for someone to do a good implementation of supertiling with more than two GPU's. :D

It has nvidia physx, but as said before AMD GPUs have no issues with the game(except some flickering textures, which might even be games fault.

You do realise Nvidia will pickout what they like from OpenGPU, recode it to lock it into Nvidia only and claim it as their own as part of Gameworks and possibly even turn it against you.

Unfortunately so :(

As good as GPU open is for the developer/game industry, AMD really need to do something about that and if needs be, make it more like gameworks in the way that it is licensed or something along those lines.

Also, another thing: in 18.5 update Release notes there is not a word about AMD and GPU Open :D

And there most likely never will be with it being a nvidia sponsored title... Look at ROTTR, no mention what so ever about tressfx/GPU open and more than likely with a little extra money up front, nvidia even went as far to make sure that on the start and pause screen that they had a special mention for how they improved the game... :D :o

Oh wait.... Sorry got to remember, these companies play nice and by the books, they wouldn't do such a thing, behind closed doors, they are all lovely jubbly and just want world peace :D

problem with this is, if AMD made it more like gameworks, we would be in a locked down state/vendor tied forever and i believe is the opposite of what AMD are trying to achieve.
