I run a basic ASP.NET C# website that I am looking to re-write in ASP.NET MVC, or at least have a fiddle about with it.
I am reasonable at using CSS, HTML, and adding some Javascript elements into my pages. I usually have a handle on what things do if I don't fully understand why they work the way they do.
My question is, is there a theme framework I can use that will handle the colours, fonts, button sizes etc, so I can just focus on the code more than the layout elements?
