The error is "the usb device returned an invalid usb device descriptor" Error 43.
Nothing is plugged into the port. I tried plugging in my USB 2.0 device into each individual USB port and they all responded as you'd expect.

Well since the USB port actually works, I guess it isn't a big deal.
The laptop is literally brand new, under 2 weeks old.
