Should you have two entries for the Video Adapter in the device manager. I have and one is called the secondary.
Is it o1 for the VGA and the other for DVI or is this a fault. Does having both cause any problems. Thank you.

What card & motherboard do you have?
No you don't have 2 different Devices for the different ports on the back of the card.
Try uninstalling your drivers and installing the latest for your card.

My setup is in my sig and i get the same thing as you.
2 entries in device manager and no end of re-installs will remove it.
It doesn't seem to have any adverse affects tho.

Regards

Hi
Can't give you a difinitive answer but simply; yes, you will have it and no, don't worry about it. I have used ATI cards for years and this feature installs by default.
I asked this same question months ago. I tried to uninstall it but it returns. It's something to do with dual display mode ie two monitors. (I think)
Anyway I've got it and I don't worry about it anymore.
I am certain it's not a fault though.
Cheers.
