Device to Alert Mum at night if Child needs her

I'm struggling to find something online, not sure what to call it when searching.

I would like a device that my 5 yr old can press to alert her mum in the other room in the middle of the night if she needs something (usually a cuddle or her socks taking off)

The reason she needs this as the mother of my child lives in a one floor apartment with a cat that is old and meows all night so she would like to wear ear plugs so usually my daughter would shout out but she's worried she wont hear her obviously if she has these in.

Is there a device that will vibrate on mums wrist or something to alert her if pressed by my daughter.

My ex is not getting any sleep at the moment and this is not good for anyone.

Could be a very cheap solution, but would you hear it through earplugs.

Her cat is so old and decrepid she has to wear ear plugs to drown out the misery. You think she gives a damn about neighbors?

Not sure if this has been suggested or not and it sounds dirty but vibrating door bells do exist and they are wireless too. Have you had a look into those?
