devil may cry 5 free with amd purchase dissapeared from my library

Hi i had to do a clean install and all my games came back bar the above, cant even find it, any ideas ?

no only option to buy and if i try the reward code it comes up as invalid, but i played it yesterday lol

Appologies have 2 accounts so my son told me logged in and found it. Can i merge these 2 accounts under 1 name
