Looks quite nice, in all but the one gameplay shot, where it looks average.ElRazur said:http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=146101

Looks like it'll have great graphics in cutscenes and all that, like MGS series, then not be as noticable when you're actually playing the game.

GoW or them screenies.. because those screenies are almost HD.DaveyD said:God of War on the PS2? It looks far better than that in my opinion, I guess to see it in its true glory we'd have to see the game running in HD though, as that' where you'd see the key differences.
Those screenies aren't *too* far off 720, they're 1024x576, so PAL sized, but from the way Sony try selling their PS3, I'd expect to see 1920x1080 screenshots, or at least 1280x720 screenies, but I guess these aren't official, so they'll have to dogord said:GoW or them screenies.. because those screenies are almost HD.

Aye, i dont think theres much point in releasing silly resolution screenies though, 1280x720 please. Must admit, DMC is looking nice there, much better than Ps2.. but not 1 year and a bit after xbox 360's worth better, or £200+ better.DaveyD said:Those screenies aren't *too* far off 720, they're 1024x576, so PAL sized, but from the way Sony try selling their PS3, I'd expect to see 1920x1080 screenshots, or at least 1280x720 screenies, but I guess these aren't official, so they'll have to do![]()
True 1920x1080 would be a little pointless on the average 1280x1024 screen, but I'd always like to see what it would be like, though not fitting so screen to see those extra pixels and appreciate it more, but I'm like thatgord said:Aye, i dont think theres much point in releasing silly resolution screenies though, 1280x720 please. DMC, probably not.i-bert said:Is it out for 360 too?
Thats not right considering that you get Screenshots of FMV and then Screenshots of Gameplay.. and that FMV usually has no bearing on the quality of the game e.g. "lets make a carp game and put all our efforts into the FMV about rocket powered dodos"Kronologic said:May rating of importance is

You are weird! FMVs are equally as bad as screenshots if not worse because they are often always CGI.. look at Red Alert.. if you took its FMV as a basis then you would be really disappointed with the graphics.. but you wouldnt care as soon as you clicked Tanya "Shake'it'baby"Kronologic said:Hey, I'd buy a game based on its Rocket Powered Dodos FMV
What I am saying is FMV's Show more clues to the performance of a game than a still shot. For all we know that still could have been
- a CGI image that has nothing to do with the game engine or a FMV
- Air brushed to hell
