Okay, without melting anyones brain... below is a table that shows what VTT & GTL settings to use.
Basically the GTL is the exact reference given to Mobo manufacturers by Intel for their CPU's & does exactly the same thing as the x61, x63 & x67 settings on Asus boards. The x.. settings are a % of the VTT voltage given to the CPU. For further details on GTL/VTT & other bios settings, please check out my review..: www.digitalreport.net
These settings are a guideline, and may vary slightly as each motherboard will undoubtedly have slightly stronger/weaker actual voltages!
The 61% settings are generally better for 45nm CPU's IME
however some users may find better results with the other %'s
