DFI Infinity i975X, Gibbo? :)

Just wondering if OcUK have had any word from DFI about the release date of this board and whether or not they'll be getting it.

It's shaping up to be a great Conroe board.

Added to that, it's out before, and is cheapter than, than the Lanparty SLi Crossfire boards.

That's Gigabyte board's 12 phase power looks very nice, but won't have that great overclocking options.

Great news on the LP 975x board, however if I'm going to be waiting until August anyway I think I'll go for the RD600 board.

Might just about get there. Around 370 seems about the limit as it looks like it's limited to the 1066fsb boot strap.

I was expecting better from this board, but ah well.

For more info on how the boot strap affects clocks and speed, take a look at Tony's latest post over at XS. Very interesting read I thought.
