DFI JR P45-T2RS + SG02B-F = CPU cooler?

Probably the Silverstone NT06-E with a good PSU with decent airflow.
The stock cooler also fits, as well as the Zalman CNPS8000, but I found better temperatures with a standard NT06 than when using either of the two active cooling solutions.

Awesome little cooler, but be careful of airflow. I had my Q9550 with this in a V350 and it didn't like it...moved it all over to my eclipse and bosh, 40s under load rather than peaking at 75

A Mini Ninja isnt going to fit in the SG02 tho is it.
I suggest you re-read the OP.
As for my suggestion your best bet is either a silverstone NT06E with a fan on the underside or if your feeling brave a coolermaster GeminII.
Why? because I mentioned a different case or something?
It was merely said to point out that it does fit as I've got that combination, unless ofc I'm mis-reading something here
