Dfi Lan Party problem/question

I have a DFi Lan Party Expert - Can anyone please tell me what 4 red lights at the bottom of the motherboard mean. At the moment my computer isnt working.

cpu mounted incorrectly as far as I remember, but I was presented with this error when I didnt have all of the required cables connected to the motherboard. You need the 20pin atx, the 4 pin atx, 4 pin molex cable and the floppy power cable attached to the motherboard, aswell as any earthing wires from your psu.

It's checking for errors, should go 4, 3, 2, 1 lift off.
