hi can some 1 help me will a Ultra X-Connect 500W ATX2.0 power the DFI LanParty NF4 SLI-DR EXPERT ok?

as ive seen that the 2nd 4pin power cable as 8pin out which is odd,
thx for any help

oh yea i will be using a Ultra X 20pin to 24pin atx power cable

Yeah that PSU will power the Expert with no problems at all

I would search for reviews on the ultra-x, poor rails. The dfi is also a bit picky, so much so that dfi insist on you using a 480w min, take a look over on dfi street forums, before you buy

According to the manual you can use a 4 pin unless you use SLI, otherwise you must use the 8 pin eps connector. However, I'm running a 4 pin and SLI but haven't gamed with it yet, I'm still benching/setting up so can't comment 100%, using an Enermax Noisetaker 600w.
