DFI mobo query Diagnostic shows 25 when I turn it on.

I've got a LANPARTY UT CFX3200 and when I turn it on the thingy on the board is showing no 25 and the PC won't boot. Fans and LEDs in the case fire up, but the 25 on the diagnostic LED on the board is all I get apart from that.

Any advice on what this is?

In the board is a Opteron 165, 2xgb Corsair Value DDR, X1950pro in PCIE slot2 (won't fit in case in slot 1), highpoint rocketraid card in PCIE slot 1 (as in the16x ones). 5x HDs, 1x Optical - IDE. Hiper 580W TypeR PSU, one thing is that the 12v in bit on the board only has one 12v line in there as the PSU only seems to have 1x 4pin version and not the 8pin that the board seems to want.. is this it?

Am I going to have to buy a new PSU?

Any advice appreciated.

Hi mate,the error maybe due to having the graphics card in slot 2,theoretically it should work in either but I seem to vaguely remember a similar problem when setting up my CFX3200.

IIRC somewhere in the bios there is a setting to reverse the PCI-E slots so that slot 2 becomes primary,might be worth altering them,fingers crossed it'll solve the problem.

Cheers fella, removed the board and popped the CMOS bat, then reassembled it and it's working fine.

I'm happy with that
