Neo at DFI CLUB has a beta bios for us DFI NF4 users. The chance of DFI releasing a new bios is zero. So it's in all our interests if as many of us as possible test it and give himm as much feedback as we can. As it stands in the early stages, it is already a very fast bios. So please give it a try.

Whilst I really do appreciate the work done by the person who has modified the BIOS I would not wish to try it as my board and system is 100% stable and does everything that I want it to do. I really can't remember the last time that my system crashed and it must be around two years or so ago since I formatted my drive.
I could not risk potentially borking such a stable system by trying the BIOS out, even if DFI released a new one I tend to come from a position....

That's ok Vimes, even when mobo's are all the rage it's difficult to get people to test bios's. But people do still use DFI Nf4's in large numbers. If they are still looking for that extra bit of performance, a new bios is an added bonus. So folks, go on over and have a look.
I agree with what you have written , the board for me has been absolutely superb and rock solid.
However I still have a spare BIOS chip from when I had the DFI Lanparty n-Force 2 board and I remember using it a few times to hot flash that board back to life.
Doing the above really concentrates the mind on flashing a BIOS when it is not needed.
