Well im messing about with water cooling and i have managed to get my cpu cooler with less noise. But i am now getting very high PWM IC (75C) load temps I have put a ram sink on the IC but its not getting that hot TBH can anyone advise how to keep this cooler without having to dangle a fan over the power mosfets?
thanks
Scott

you can get waterblocks to go onto the mosfets.

The temp sensor is near the aluminium heatsinks, not the IC itself.

120mm fan all the way

Ill look out for a block then. The aluminium heatsinks are on top of the mosfets i was talking about.

yeah i got a zalmann fan braket and 120mm fan on mine, as im watercooling there wasn't much air flowing over them, i was hitting 60+ on load and i though that was excessive 75 and i would be $%^&ing myself. Now its a much nicer 50ish on load.

75c?

wow, that is high, i would just advise good case airflow but meh. :p

im getting 47c dual load on my setup, seems a little case airflow can go along way.

The PWMIC is the small chip just above the 24pin power connector not the aluminium heatsinks, isn't it
