DFI SLI-D Problem Help Please

Hello all,

I bought a DFI SLI-D for my new pc build now when i boot the pc up the pc just freezes on the DFI logo i dont know what it is and everytime the board booted into windows when i started it beeps thats theres now graphics card in there even when it freezes.

System Spec Is

DFI SLI-D
Giel 2GB Value Ram
Power colour X800GTO 256MB
Samsung Spin Point SATAII
Hiper 580W Modular
NEC DVDRW
