dfi system monitor app

Hi,
have got a DFI Lanparty UT nf4 Ultra-D motherboard, just installed it today, just wondering if there was an app I could download to monitor my system health? temps etc.

ITE's SmartGuardian.
Could be found at ITE's website & DFIs website as well.
But for real CPU temperature readings use Everest Ultimate ( www.lavalys.com ) or CoreTemp ( http://thecoolest.zerobrains.com/CoreTemp )
