DFI Ultra-D with 4400 OC help?

i am looking to get the DFI board as i am told it is very good with overclocking.. and im going for the 4400 chip with a 7800GTX.

i was looking at some G.Skill 2GB DDR HZ PC4000 (2x1GB) CAS3 Dual Channel Kit
i just want to know what the 4400 will clock at with this ram, i dont really understand. that memory should run at 250 and if the chip runs the same i should get 2.5Ghz with a 10x multiplier. is this correct or am i getting it wrong?

any help would be aprechiated... thanks in advance

could i not then drop the fsb to 228 to give me 2.508Ghz?

im so confused now. if i can drop the multiplier down to 10 and use 250fsb i should get 2.5GHz and fast ram??? which would be good but Dutch guy said he couldnt drop his multiplier??? with the Ultra-d. should i get the expert one.. i have decided to go with the X1800XT 256 which saves me 50quid over the 7800gtx 256 so i could get the expetboard if it is actually worth the extra, if i can get the multiplier down.? HELP!!!!
