DFI x38/x48 + 3870X2

After 8 hours of troubleshooting I can tell you this combo does not work well under vista 32bit, vista 64bit, or XP 64bit, down to using XP32bit and losing most of my ram.

Just a heads up. The issue is covered on DFIclubs forums under the X38 section, short story is they just dont play ball on vista.

so what was the issues?

Im thinking of getting a X48 LT and currently run 2x 3870's and thinking of getting a 3870x2 to replace one of them with.
