DGM 27" power supply broken

Has anyone had this happen before? The power supply is completely broken, no green light coming on.

I have spoken to overclockers and they tell me I'll have to send the whole monitor back?? Not really feasible since I'm in Germany.

Spoke to DGM and they're just ignoring my emails now so god knows what's going on with them.

The monitor is around 7 months old so I'm getting pretty annoyed with this situation as you can imagine. Has anyone bought a power supply separately?

My original power supply also went bang but I got a replacement direct from DGM within a couple of weeks (I phoned direct).

I also bought a back up replacement power supply but the orientation of the positive/negative's on the monitor is different from ~95% of other 4-pin DIN connectors. This makes it difficult to buy a replacement brick

It's a common well known issue
