I bought a DGM 27" monitor from here a while ago. When it died on me, I got it replaced by OCuK with no hassle at all.

The power supply then died on my again and OCuK said I had to contact DGM and get them to sort it out. Again, no problem there, got it sorted out by DGM and the monitor was back to working properly.

Now the monitor has died on me, won't power up at all and I've tried to get in contact with DGM to get it replaced (Only got the power supply replaced in February). Tried calling the 0871 number and no one is picking up, the Twitter for DGM hasn't been active since April 1st and no emails have been replied to.

I was wondering if anyone knows if DGM have gone out of business or could it be due to the bank holiday that there is no one in the call centre (Although why would it be shut today).

Any ideas?
 
i got this reply from them via email on the 2nd of May, they have had my 27 inch for 3 weeks now, it took me a week to get in touch,nobody was answering the phone/email etc.

I would definitely stay away from this brand, no idea why ocuk stock them.

Usually TV/monitor repairs can take up to 28 days. I will try and get your
unit sorted out next week.

Funnily enough i had my brick replaced by them a few weeks ago. I guess i got lucky when i phoned up as that same person answered first time. I sent the item via recorded delivery and they dispatched a new brick to me a day later, it was very quick. However im now starting to wonder if i should've bought two bricks, as im worried this one could end up dead and then id be in your situation. When i spoke to her she said he was very busy etc as well. Sounds like shes the only one that works there. Keep trying.
