Got a Asus VG236HE 120hz monitor at the moment as i play online games,would this DGM 27" be a better upgrade for me or should i stay with the ASUS?

If you play fast paced FPS then stick with the Asus but if it's other games then the DGM would be good

I've had the DGM 27" for nearly 5 months. I've used it for gaming and web browsing. I am currently playing Borderlands 2 and Guild Wars 2. I don't notice any lag or ghosting. I've never played on a 120hz monitor but I know that some people can tell the difference, especially when playing FPS games. I would expect the picture quality on the DGM IPS panel to be superior to the Asus but it really depends on whether you will miss the 120hz refresh rate.

I like the 120hz but i think picture quality would be nice for a change.

Since it's very subjective you would have to answer this question for yourself. Maybe you could buy the DGM and take advantage of OcUK's great 2 week 'satisfaction guarantee' (kind of like an extended version of the Distance Selling Regulations or DSR). That would probably be the only way your question would be answered.
