Hiya
I purchased the DGM ips-2701wph from OCUK March last year, just before Christmas the power supply popped
I know this is a common issue with this monitor. I have contacted OCUK several times regarding this issue and have been told I have to contact DGM directly (even though it had a 3 year back to base warranty?) I have contacted DGM and was issued with a RMA and was told a replacement PSU would be sent out to me but I have not received anything at all and DGM seem to be ignoring my messages and their website seem to be constantly unavailable.
It has got to the point where I am going to have to try and find and buy a replacement PSU I have looked on Amazon and Ebay but I am not too sure on what im looking for IF anyone would be able to point me in the right direction that would be great and much appreciated
