DHL are having a laugh

Mrs gives me a "you missed your delivery" slip today and said could I sort out that. Great, OK.

Just been on there and checked, thinking it would be either at the distribution centre about 10 mins from me, or at a shop on my way home.

No.

That would make sense.

It's 46km away, or 52 minutes, according to Google maps. Really?! That's not delivery, that's me going bloody miles to collect it! Now I need to find someone who I can speak to to sort this out. It's utterly ridiculous.

There is no option to redeliver online, so I need to call someone and explain in French that 46km is a little far. I'll end up with a baguette and newspaper at the end of it knowing my luck.

Good luck with French customer service, always remember, here in France we the customer are most certainly always in the wrong.

Failing easy service from DHL just create a problem with the retailer, its their problem.

You are in France. They have the worst delivery distribution network in Europe.
