DHL express - delivery times :s?

Hey there, i am waiting for a parcel(new phone) and got an e-mail at 7:12am today saying

Your delivery details are:
Option: NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Cost: £0.00
Date of Delivery: 05/12/06

I have been tracking my order but nothing has changed for about 5hours.

On the tracking it says
"Parcel Picked Up 05/12/06 08:56 O2 - CUSTOMER LOCATION "

I've been looking on the DHL website but can't seem to find what time they deliver till?

Am i just stupid or is it actually not on the site lol?

I believe mobile phone deliveries are different and can be up to 8pm

How close is the depot? Last thing I got via DHL was put on a van somewhere in Teesside (I'm 20 miles or so away) at 6am, and arrived at my address about 7 hours later. Maybe you're on the end of the run like I was?

I know because i had a phone delivered around 8pm, but this wasa business phone. The best thing to do would be to phone 02 and ask them what time the deliveries run till.

ah if it was a business phone im guessing they would have paid extra to MAKE SURE it was delivered on that day?

DHL are shocking they had my phone a week before they delivered it. Unfortunetly when I openned the phone I realised I didn't like it so I sent it back yesterday via royal mail sd!

No not really. Next day delivery is next day delivery!

I would give 02 a ring they will be able to tell you!
