dhl question

I have a parcel coming from these guys and they have only made the one attempt and now it says shipment on hold yet i have no idea why as it's been on hold for three days now.

Also their local depot to me is 8 miles away and yet their tracking says it's at exeter a depot 100 miles away?!

How flexible are they, are they as much of a joke as i assume they are guessing how ocuk now use dpd?

Any suggestions would be great.

They have only attempted once.

Id be very surprised if it's the weather, it's not as bad down this way and all other parcels have been fine.

Exactly that's what is going on here i have a depot just 8 miles away and i've been there before why leave it at a depot 100 miles away beggars belief, it's only a £15 item as well so no way im driving up for the thing i'll just refuse to use them again.

Well that's a bit cutting off ones nose to spite your face surely?

Fair enough thanks for explaining that, i'll phone them up tomorrow just to see what is going on, can't afford to miss another delivery so something needs to be sorted.

This is my first problem with dhl up until now they're been fine it's usually citylink that are a nightmare.....
