DHL - Shipment Data Recieved

Hi, ive had something shipped on Saturday yet all i get on the tracker is "Shipment Data Recieved" and ive read elsewhere on the forum that it means that it hasnt actually been shipped, now if this is true ive been fobbed off by OCUK with the email telling me that its been shipped. Also my delivery day i chose was today so that obviously wont happen. What do i need to do?

Take it up with the shop. My understanding is that the forums are not a place to vent anger re purchases and order issues.

Data received means the data has been sent but they haven't scanned the label through their hub yet.

It could be the label was damaged so they re-labelled it manually but in this case it will be because anything packed on Saturday was only collected this morning - for a delivery today it would have to have been collected on Christmas eve.

Best advice is to call or send a webnote.
