Basically i want the dhtml vertical scroll found on this page (when browsing the mp3's from an artist)

Just two little arrows. When the mouse hovers the box scrolls vertically.
I have found some coding for it here

but it's position is relative, and it also doesn't seem to work in Firefox.
I have also heard about mike's dhtml vertical scroll, but i cannot get that to work either.
Does anyone know of any code, or can they please give me some help on this matter?
