Really got the urge to play D2 tonight, but I just can't get it working right.
I am trying to use the multires patch and the glide3 wrapper, but when it goes to load the game (not the menus, but actually into the game) it crashes. Anyone had this? It works fine in windowed mode, but even 720p on 1440p desktop is too small for me.
Game is version 1.12a with LOD
Multires is version 1.02
Glide3 is version 1.4e
All YouTube tutorials show the game working but I just cant seem too even if I follow their steps. I had it working before just fine with all the above, but that was a while ago.
Ideas?
