Hi people was wondering if anyone still played Diablo 2/LoD and how long they have been playing On and off or been playing it for years?

I just recently started again on the Euro realm quite hard to get back into!

Tried a few weeks back during our regular LAN but we all gave up pretty fast. Diablo has aged badly and isn’t as good as the newer RPG/Hack and slash games. Eveyoned decided it time to put Diablo away for good.

i loved this game, not sure what it would look like on my 24" monitor though? Does it even run on Vista 64?

*adds this to list under Deus Ex on games to load up again!*

I run it windowed on my monitor using the shortcut path -w, and yes as long as you update it before you play it runs on vista 64x cause I've got it

Dunno about Vista but it looked awful on my 24" monitor in full screen mode even on the whopping 800x600 resolution with the expansion. Had to run it in windowed mode which made it very small but almost bareable.

Mythos is looking to be a bit of a new age diablo although so far I've squandered my beta account by not playing it at all. I can hook someone up with a beta invite if they're enthusiastic enough to give me their email address and do a better job of beta testing than me.

I am gonna fire up the Diablo 2 LOD tonight. IFFFFF i can find the original Diablo 2 CDs... i have LOD atm lol.

Gonna play on europe Hardcore. Mainly because ill get bored of SC, and ppl in HC are usually VERY nice and give lots of free items away that are 'crap' to them but great to a new/restarting player.
