Diablo 3 Confirmed?

If the atmosphere in D1 is that good I'm going to have to try it. I thought D2 was very atmospheric. The music on the marshes in act 1, first time you do the den of evil, all the way to the arreat summit, special game that.

Never judge D2 on its screenshots - it looks aweful, but the fact that people still play it to this day when your limited to 2D graphics at 800x600 just shows you how fantasticly enjoyable the game is.
And Diablo3 won't be a subs based system, I'd be willing to bet £5 on it being very similar to what it is now, or done like Guild Wars with communal areas.
