I preordered this today as it just looks so much better than the pc version, not that thats a totally bad game but the improvements theyve made on the consoles looks great!

Anyway, bought from Game as I was already in town but went away with a diablo tshirt, poster, keyring and an artbook but that comes with the disc at launch.

I was only expecting the infernal helm

Theres a few vids on youtube now, well from the past few weeks.
I felt sick watching the one at gamescom/playstation stage with blizzard doing the presentation.
The lead designer there said console version was built on all the feedback from pc players but theres still no indication the new changes are going to the pc version

Anyway, im looking forward to lazing on the sofa in my pit-pants and grinding some loot from next tuesday.

Maybe we should see if theres many who want to play online together?
Ill be getting it for the PS3

Apparently it handles well, I cant see it being too bad as theres not huge complexity.
Hopefully the movement will be like a isometric shooter, I heard theres auto aim sort of thing going on.

This looks like one of the few games where the console version is better than the PC version. Diablo 1 on the PS1 was pretty ruff.

The ad, which I saw for the first time on TV today makes the console version look amazing.

My copy arrived this morning. So far I have put an hour into it.

Love it, highly recommended. I have put allot into the PC version (completed on Inferno, lvl 60 Barb) and this version feels even more polished.
Looks great, silky smooth and controls feel very intuitive.

I will be putting allot into this over the next week or so, so will report back

Whats the frame rate like?

Have you got it on the 360 or PS3?
